On Saturday's BLUE, Stan Tracey performs Monk; the Balanescu Quartet play Kraftwerk; Grieg's music is interpreted by WDR Symphony Orchestra Cologne and Leif Ove Andsnes; Steve Howe plays one of his own tunes; Conspirare sing a new choral work by Pulitzer Prize-winner Kevin Puts (see video); Jurgen Friedrich conducts the Sequenza String Orchestra; and we'll hear sax-player Art Pepper accompanied by Miles Davis players Wynton Kelly, Paul Chambers and Jimmy Cobb.
